With Lucas at Dinah Shore

April 4th, 2009

Here’s me and Lucas from The Cliks at Dinah Shore. He sang “Hey Big Dog” with me – which is turning out to be my celebrity duet song!

    Awesome.

Margaret, I’ve loved this song since I first heard it on here, and tend to sing it to my own guys (changing the lyrics accordingly). This past Friday my old man dog (14.5!) had a brush with death, and as I was lying in the cage with him at the vet’s trying to compose myself enough to be able to make some hard decisions with a clearer head, I found myself singing this to him. It was sweet as hell, and ultimately he rallied, made it clear it was not his day to die, and now he’s home and doing great.

    So, uh, thanks for this.
