Pistol Whipped

Everyone was trying to pit me against Bristol, but the truth is, we got along well. She never asked me to babysit Tripp or anything like that, but I consider her a friend. So what’s my take on her television debut? Well…

Why did Bristol do Dancing with the Stars? I heard from someone who really should know (really should seriously know the dirt really really) that the only reason Bristol was on the show was because Sarah Palin forced her to do it. Sarah supposedly blames Bristol harshly and openly (in the circles that I heard it from) for not winning the election, and so she told Bristol she “owed” it to her to do DWTS so that “America would fall in love with her again” and make it possible for Sarah Palin to run in 2012 with America behind her all the way. Instead of being supposedly “handicapped” by the presence of her teen mom daughter, now Bristol is going to be an “asset” – a celebrity beloved for her dancing. I am sure the show wasn’t in on this (but who knows anything really).

Although I don’t agree with the family’s politics at all, I really like Bristol as a person. She’s warm and incredibly supportive, and I think that she looks beautiful out on the dance floor. It’s heartbreaking that people are so awful to her about her weight. I think she looks fantastic, and why does everybody think they have a right to comment on our bodies? What are young girls going to take away from that? If people call her fat what kind of impact does that have on women who have similar body types – which is most of us??!! Still, it is a dance competition, and so I am sure that people feel they have the right to judge bodies and not just ability. That’s just wrong.

Bristol is learning. She improved a lot, in my opinion. Her tango was fierce and really the best dance she did. You really do learn to dance in this competition! I am proud of her for shaking her ass! But keep in mind there are other forces at work here and it’s not just for the love of dance.

Now I am scared I am going to wake up with a decapitated moose head in my bed.

  1. Totally believe this.

Sarah Palin is the biggest raging unrecognized case of BPD
and that totally sounds like the kind of move a BPD would manipulate their kid with.

(Borderline Personality Disorder = Arguably the craziest of the crazies)

Hey Sarah! You didn’t lose the election because of you forcing your daughter to have a baby instead of making it her choice –

YOU LOST BECAUSE YOU’RE FUCKING PSYCHO!! A Caribou Shooting, PSYCHO!

    You will NEVER. BE. PRESIDENT.

Get some therpay BPD and quit taking it out on your kids.

Awesome job of keeping it real, Margaret.

You are one smart and sexy comedy-Jedi

  2. I don’t know if it’s true or not but i wouldn’t put it past Mama Palin to guilt Bristol into doing the show. She has her own show to supposedly bond with americans before the next election so it’s entirely possibile but any good kid which i believe Bristol is isn’t going to narc on their mom. The idea of Sarah even having the slightest chance of becoming president gives me nightmares. The idea that anyone would vote for her when they didn’t for Hillary (I want a female presiden but not a crazy, or inept one which Hillary was neither) is insanity but then Bush was re-elected to my horror for a second term so who knows(shiver) So far
as margaret’s post i don’t see anything hateful or malicious or hurtful so i don’t know why the Palins felt the need to retort unless they have something to hide (they protest to
    much)

  3. I had been told that Bristol signed a deal where she would make a minimum of $200,000 which was from signing up to do the show and doing a minimum of three weeks of dancing before she would be voted off. The fact that the Palinbots did their illegal voting was a surprise to everybody because nobody expected her to continue to be on since she can’t dance. I am somehow a liar because the Palinbots took action and changed the outcome of Bristol’s stay on the show? 🙂 I think not. She made the minimum amount and did her three weeks and then unexpectedly was pretty much forced to stay on since the voting was so heavily rigged in her favor. But nobody expected that to happen. Can’t blame me for that one!

The NDA’s that everybody associated with the show signed WERE extremely binding. Do you really think that what Cho said was damaging? It’s all extremely benign. She goes out of her way to say how supportive she is of Bristol but that politically she disagrees with her mom’s politics. That’s not damaging. Nothing Cho said was damaging, but when she was going to be interviewed the other day she could have easily gotten into some REAL dirt – notice how she backtracked and only danced close to the edge of saying something damaging? Nothing actionable in what she said. But she was mostly likely warned to pull back and voice her support of Bristol because she was pushing things pretty close to the edge.

If you don’t understand how NDA’s of this nature work, that’s okay. There are many types of NDA’s. I’ve signed some for website projects and intellectual property type gigs with media (magazines mostly) and those are very simple compared to the list of highly specific things the DWTS people have had to sign. Not all NDA’s are created equal.

Bristol won’t be actually filming any of these proposed reality shows until after she has her new baby. Whichever show they end up doing, if it does indeed go forward, would be broadcast in the spring/early summer. There will be a story created about a “he done me wrong” baby daddy who won’t be on the show, a sob story about how Bristol was pregnant the whole time secretly on DWTS and danced through her tears, and then she suddenly met Mr. Right. Or if they do the show where she is a Bachelorette the angle will be, “Despite numerous heartbreaks, this plucky unwed mother resolves to start dating again and find Mr. Right this time.”

Problem is that Bristol’s own chemistry tests with the ten guys they’ve had her “read” with in LA are god-awful. She can’t “act” or even summon up anything interesting to say with a guy. So it’s looking more and more like they’ll do a Bachelorette type show and let the guys do all the work.

  4. For all the naysayers who doubted my information, check out what the current issue of the National Enquirer is reporting.

Bristol pregnant by “longtime” boyfriend Giacinto Paoletti. The longtime part is total BS. The Palins reputation managers and PR people are trying to get in front of the story by claiming that the abstinence queen had a longtime boyfriend, which is exactly what I predicted in my previous posts.

He is the ex-boyfriend of Mercedes Johnston (Levi’s sister).
